The impact of climate change\, along with the significant rise in diet related health conditions\, has highlighted the urgent need to shift how food is produced. This panel will explore the diverse perspectives of farmers from Scotland to Zambia who transitioned to agroecological\, regenerative practices through a shift in mindset.
